205 thousand high schools students head for final exams [Archives:2004/742/Local News]

512 thousand students head back to schools during the second half of June to take their final exams. 307 thousand students are expected to take final exams at nine grades, while 205 thousand students will take their final high schools exams.
The Ministry of Education has put in place a number of measures to reduce the number of cheating incidents during exams. In addition, new mechanisms have been introduced and adopted to correct final exams and to report final results in a shorter time.
