25575 double government posts canceled [Archives:2002/24/Local News]

The cabinet approved June 4 in its periodic meeting the removing of 25575 double government employments in accordance with the report submitted by the Ministry of Civil Service & Insurance.
It also agreed on the agreement with the World Bank to upgrade the port of Aden, Hudeidah and Mukalla. The project aims at developing the manpower skills, as well as the infrastructure of these three ports to be able to attract more investments and be more competitive.
