2nd part of Lohums book released [Archives:2002/25/Local News]

The second part of Yemen, Facts & Documents I Went Through has been recently published in Arabic. It contains useful information about the writers life contrasted with the history of Yemen.
The book Yemen, Facts & Documents I Went Through was written by Sheikh Senan Abu Lohum. The book relied mainly on diaries, documents and biographies from the authors life.
The book was published by al-Afeef Cultural Foundation. The first part is held from 1942 until the outbreak of the September revolution in 1962.
The second part of Yemen, Facts & Documents I Went Through deals with the authors life from 1962 till 1974.
The book deals with events that took place in Yemens contemporary history. Such events as Yemen at the first Arab Summit, the summit in Alexandria, the Jeddah Treaty, the siege of Sanaa and other happenings that touched the author of this book.
