$ 60 million Renovation of Sana’a Airport [Archives:2000/19/Local News]

Within few months, the project to expand and improve Sana’a international airport is going to start, supported by the European Investment Bank.
Mr Ahmad Mohammed Sufan, Minister of Planning and Development, stated that the cost of the project is between $ 50 – $ 60 million. He added that that was the first project ever funded by the European Investment Bank in Yemen and would be implemented the time its study and designs were ready in accordance with the Bank agreement.
