Prof. Saqqaf in China on an Official Visit [Archives:1997/43/Local News]

Professor Abdulaziz Al-Saqqaf, Member of the Consultative Council and Chief Editor of the Yemen Times, left Sanaa on Friday, October 24th. The one-week official visit to China comes in response to an invitation from the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs. During the visit, Mr. Saqqaf will meet Chinese officials, intellectuals and media personalities to discuss bilateral cooperation. He will also discuss preparations for the coming visit of President Ali Abdullah Saleh to Beijing in February 1998.
