Aden Celebrates The Border Treaty [Archives:2000/25/Local News]

Hundreds of people gathered on Sunday morning at the Al-Hubaishi stadium to celebrate the signing of the border treaty between Yemen and Saudi Arabia. The event was attended by the Governor of Aden, Mr. Taha Mohammed Ghanem, a number of party leaders, politicians and others. Various activities took place during the celebration. These included speeches which all hailed the great step reached by the leaders of the two countries.
