Informed sources in the Yemeni Central Bank expected declaration of Securities Market be postponed for 5 moths. Technical as well as financial committees are still working on the outlining of legislation and choosing the personnel and place for the market. Recession of savings rates in banks helps delay the declaration, the sources added.
