Constitutional Amendments Under Discussion [Archives:2001/04/Local News]

A seminar on the constitutional amendments and local elections was organized last Wedneday and Thursday by the Unviersity of Taiz. Quite a good number of acadimics participated in this seminar. Working papers presented in the seminar asserted the importance of people taking part in the local elections labeling it as a real test for the democratic practice in the country.
