Governor of Aden Visits YEMINVEST [Archives:2001/50/Local News]

The Governor of Aden, Mr. Taha Ahmed Ghanem, paid a visit last week to the Yemen Investment and Development International Ltd. Company (YEMINVEST) to assess the ongoing functions at the Aden Container Terminal and get an overall idea of the so far progress.

During his visit, the Governor met with the administration of the company and expressed his satisfaction with the pace of development at the terminal.
The delegation accompanying the Governor expressed its appreciation and gratitude to the leadership of the country, and thanked President Ali Abdullah Saleh, for the continued support and facilities he has been providing for the company to continue carrying on its job smoothly, especially after the September 11 incidents.
During his visit to the site of the company, the Governor met with the Chairman of the Executive Committee Project Mr. MMJ Subramaniam, Executive Manager Mr. Richard Cheong, Board Member Gerld McDussee, along with YEMENVESTs Business Manager, Mr. Adnan Al-Kaff.
