What adds fuel to the water is that waiters themselves are not submitted to any medical checkups and they are not aware of their appearance. All these can be clearly seen in the capital, Sana’a.
Majority of the local restaurants are haunted by foreigners and strangers who have the desire to know much about these restaurants, the services they offer and ways to cook different Yemeni recipes . This is what we see with our own eyes ( waiters, food, table). We don’t know what is going on behind the scenes, (cooks, cooking, washing dishes and the like).
The majority of those who visit these restaurants are from villages and not permanent residents of cities. They of course are not able to eat in magnificent restaurants, so they have to go to such poor restaurants, where there is no interest or good services. It is deplorable to see several people infected of several diseases and the concerned bodies should held accountable and those who remiss in their duties should be punished.
