Al-Quds football tournament to kick off soon [Archives:2002/20/Local News]

In support of the Palestinian people in the holy land, the Yemen Football Federation is organizing a football tournament for four Arab national teams under the name of the Al-Quds tournament.
The tournament will kick off May 19 with a match between the Palestines football team and its Yemeni counterpart. The event will wrap up May 26 with the participation of Yemen, Palestine, Oman and Algeria national teams.
Mr. Saad Salama Deputy Head of Mission of the Palestinian Embassy in Sanaa told the Times that this event comes to reminds Arabs of the Palestinian issue Arabs top concern.
