Armed attack on Mareb Governor [Archives:2002/44/Local News]

The escort of the governor of Mareb brigadier, was exposed to a fire shooting last Saturday through visiting Serwah region in Mareb.
It is believed that the attackers belong to Jahim Tribe which is rejecting the visit to the governorate and his escorts accompanied him. Tribal leaders interfered and settled the matter between the two sides.
