Bushra Al-Maqtari’s collection stories ‘Stories of Pain’ released [Archives:2003/627/Community]

The first publication for the young writer Bushra Al-Maqtari, has recently become available in the market. The collection consists of 10 short stories of 80 pages in total; most of them reflect a sad theme, such as: Descending from Heaven, Foolishness, Smoke, and Fear Stages. The collection carries the name of one of the stories: Stories of Pain, and is published by Yemeni Writers and Authors Union and Obadi Center.
The Author is one of the new rising voices in short stories, and is characterized by beautiful poetic language in her writings. She is working at the Yemeni Intellectuals and Authors Union as a cultural administrator in Taiz Branch, and is currently doing her masters at Sana'a University in Yemen's ancient history.
