A Boat and a Ship Collide, 9 Killed [Archives:2000/19/Local News]

A fishing boat carrying 14 fishermen from Dhobab, Bab Al-Mandab collided with a ship last weak near the Eritrean coasts. The boat was thoroughly wrecked and 9 people were killed. The other fishermen survived for six days without food, floating on some parts of the wreckage. On the other hand, two were killed and 4 injured by highwaymen near Al-Thawbani village in Moka on their way back from Dhubab.
