A Jew speaks out against Israel [Archives:2002/18/Focus]

The Palestinians have probably failed to reach the USA Administrations attention, because seemingly the Americans use Jewish ears. That is the reason why I have moved aside my weekly article, replacing it with the Israeli cardiology Professor Danny Gure. Being Jewish he might succeed where I failed.
Professor Gure, a renowned heart surgeon in Israel, admits that he is very far from being a politician, even though, he has many politicians as friends.
I used to admire (Israeli Prime Minister Ariel) Sharon, but now I see him as a criminal that practices genocide against the Palestinians, and I believe that one day he will be submitted to an international court that will judge him for his war crimes. Gure said.
In his brave article published recently in Haaretz newspaper, Gure called on the Israeli public to take all necessary measures and public activities, in order to bring down Sharon and his government, ending their continuous failures.
He is leading the massacre of the Palestinians, hoping to devastate them and force them to submit and surrender, and in order to legalize his massacres against them, he needs suicidal operations killing several of us Israeli citizens, he continued.
Professor Gure adds Sharon has decided to collapse the Palestinian National Authority as a strategic target, in order to force it to sign a dictated agreement by him, and in order to justify his actions he provokes the Palestinians to retaliate against Israel. The proof to that is when Arafat declared ceasefire last December, he committed an assassination against a highly ranked Palestinian security officer. When efforts that were exerted for five days began baring fruits in achieving calmness, he ordered the assassination of Raed Alkarmi the Alaqasa militia Leader in Tuklkarem.
Professor Gure sees no strong figure as a replacement for Sharon, amongst the left political parties in Israel, and he says that he despises Shimon Peres, because this man is a permanent looser. He has destroyed Oslo agreements, because when he took charge after the assassination of late Israeli Prime Minister Rabin, by an Israeli Jewish citizen, he ordered the assassination of Palestinian engineer Yehya Ayyash, and delayed exiting from Hebron, as per agreed upon in Oslo and committed the Cana massacre.
The famous heart surgeon Gure also says that he wishes if the Israelis have had a leader like Arafat, this genius man is described in Israel as a liar and a terrorist, but if I were in his shoes I would have done exactly the same. Have we left him any other choice? Is there any Israeli leader that dealt with Arafat and did not lie?
These are the paragraphs in professor Gures article, an article that was written by a practical person who is not a politician, but he reveals a keen foresight, high capability of understanding and analyzing situations and vision that many politicians lack.
In my point of view Professor Gure is a brave Jewish that has read the current situation and sincerely tries to get the Jewish people out of their black terrorist history that was created by those who hate the Palestinians and seek to erase them, those hateful people like Sharon and the chief of staff of the Israeli army Mofaz.
I know that this article was translated and published widely, but I would like to make sure that the readers of Yemen Times dont miss it. Hoping that the by reading this article readers would understand and distinguish between organized state terror and resistance to this terror, and to convince Mr. Powell that the Israeli actions are far from being self defense, and are premeditated and calculated acts which, according to the testimony of Professor Gure, aim to kill and commit genocide and impose submission on the Palestinian Authority.
They should also read what the WASP did to the Native Americans, the original land owners, and in order not to repeat the massacres and the holocaust against the Palestinians, to become like the native Americans, Land without a nation to a nations without a land.
Millions of native Americans vanished in the history, where information was forged and history was diverted and twisted. But this wont happen to the Palestinians. That is why they see things the way Gure sees them. Sharon will be submitted to an international court and maybe his chief of staff Mofaz will join him, and eventually they will vanish, while the Palestinian people will remain.
