Mr. Michael Harthman, General Staff of the Judicial Law in United Nations mission, criticized the position of the government in refusing to give the judicial help, concerning the poor people. He indicated that this refusal by the government of Yemen, comes at the same time when a number of world countries, and Yemen itself, adhered to offering legal and financial assistance to the poor who can not pay charges. That will be according to the international contracts and treaties. He criticized the Ministry of Justice, indicating that the Ministry does not carry out its adherence and duties in the judicial law authority.
