Saturday, May 29, 2004- Aden Cultural Carnival begins today and continues until 2 June 2004. The Carnival, organized by Yemeni Writers Union- Aden Branch, aims to pay tribute to its writers during the past century, to revive the cultural activities in Aden, and to confirm the distinctive cultural role of writers and intellectuals in Aden in the making of history and civilization of Yemen.
