After buffaloes Offering, Dhamar governor pardons attackers [Archives:2005/847/Local News]

DHAMAR, May 29 (Nas Press) ) Dhamar Governor Abdul Wahab al-Dharah Sunday announced his pardon of a number of tribesmen from al-Hada tribal grouping who showered his car with bullets last week. Al-Dhara Sunday accompanied by sheiks in the area, social figures and representatives of political parties met at the government main building tribesmen from al-Hada headed by their Sheiks who brought with them 11 buffaloes to sacrifice for the governor as a gesture of sorrow. But the governor said he has forgiven the assailants and the buffaloes were spared. The governor was attacked last week during the funeral of his father.
