On Monday, 22 March 2004, the 3rd Annual Cultural Carnival began. This round is dedicated to the deceased Yemeni poet, Abdullah Al-Bradouni. The carnival is held under the slogan, “Al-Bradouni, a poet, critic and campaigner” and is participated in by an elite of Yemeni and Arab intellectuals, writers and critics. The carnival consists also of number of primary pillars dealing with his life and his struggle.
