Al-Saeed Group celebrates May Day [Archives:2004/739/Local News]

Monday, 17 May 2004, Taiz- The Al-Saeed Group held a celebration on the occasion of the World Labor Day to honor 202 excellent workers of both genders working in different companies and centers belonging to the group.
The celebration, held at the Vocational and Technical Training Center in Al-Houbanm was attended by Judge Ahmed Abdullah Al-Hujry, Mayor of Taiz, Sheikh Ali Mohamed Anam, Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Shawgy Hayel and directors of companies in the group.
The Mayor, in his address, congratulated workers on the National Day of the Republic of Yemen, May 22, and congratulated those who were honored by Hayel Saeed Group, which have contributed tremendously to the development of the country in the projects and services the group provides.
Mr. Ali Mohamed Saeed, on his part, thanked all the group's workers and praised those being honored as excellent workers, where the honoring serves as an appreciation for them and an encouragement for everyone to exert more effort.
Other speeches were also delivered by Mr. Abdu Mohamed Al-Hakeme, Director of Social Affairs Office in Taiz and by Ms. Najat Abdu Al-Khabeer, on behalf of the honored workers, which all valued the appreciation of the group and confirmed that the honoring would only motivate all to do more in the future.
