Al-Shomooa organizes a symposium on ‘YSP andits development horizons’ [Archives:2005/823/Local News]

Al-Shomooa Weekly organizes a symposium on 'Yemen Socialist Party (YSP) and its development horizons' to be held on March 26th 2005. The symposium will last for two days and it aims to contribute to presenting the attitudes and views of YSP that are rooted in its effective participation in the political life and in its bringing the various political colors.

The symposium will be of five aspects: the transparency of the organizational modifications in reinforcing the internal democracy of the party, reinforcing the proximity of parties' political variety, the complementary efforts of parties and political organizations in protecting freedoms and human rights, the difficulties that hinder the efficiency of the party, and the political and intellectual variables in the YSP ideologies.

It is worth mentioning that Al-Shomooa is an independent newspaper but it severely attacked YSP, so that the YSP leaders considered that it is an independent establishment working in the favor of some political forces that are against YSP.
