The Court of Appeal, Ibb governorate held its third session for the trial the killer of the US doctors in Jibla, Abed Abdurrazzaq.
The trial was attended by US embassy representatives in Sana'a and the convict's advocate.
The defense said that he will present a challenge to the Supreme Court concerning the issuance of the verdict by the Court of Appeal.
The session has been adjourned to next September in order to pronounce the judgment.
