Arab teachers in Yemen complain [Archives:2002/32/Local News]

Around three hundred Arab teachers in Sanaa, who were contracted with the former Islamic Scholastic Institutes which were integrated more than a year ago into the Ministry of Education, appealed to President Saleh to order the related authorities to pay them their salaries. The teachers said that they were astonished to find their salaries for two months unjustifiably withheld. The total deducted amount was around YR 30 million
