Some embassies were more able to put their money where their mouth is. In terms of the lots of noise that some embassies make about human rights in Yemen, the Netherlands and UK embassies have been more on the action.
The Dutch embassy has provided the Human Rights Committee in the Consultative Council with computers to do its work and gather data. Along the same lines, the UK embassy has provided it with a photocopier which has made its job a lot easier.
