Authors Union Elects 4 Women [Archives:2001/07/Local News]

Four women were recently elected as members of the administrative committee of the Yemeni Authors Union. These were Dr. Amat Al-Khaleq, chairwoman of the Union office in Dhamar, Ms. Huda Al-Attas in Aden, Ms. Bushra Al-Maqtary in Taiz and Ms. Nadia Marai in Sana’a. The elections proceeded the Union’s General Conference.
