British Council Inaugurates “Yemeni Voices” [Archives:2001/13/Local News]

In a huge female-dominated gathering at the British Council, Dr. Abdul Malik Mansoor, Minister of Culture and Tourism,in collaboration with the British Council inaugurated ‘Yemeni Voices’, by Marta Poluch.The book being the first of its kind in Yemen speaks about intellectual Yemeni women; their experience and their struggle.
The event was attended by a number of well known women of the society.
