The West Sana’a Court has postponed the trial of the suspects accused in connection with the British Embassy blast, occurred in October 2000 as a consequence of the appointment of judge Abdullah Tharwan head of the court as chairman of the Central Organization for Control and Auditing (COCA). The sessions of the court were scheduled to be held on Saturdays but, due to certain changes taking place at the judiciary system, the court has postponed its sessions.
At the same time Syrah Court will hold its sessions next Wednesday to interrogate the suspects accused of the bombings carried out during New Year’s Eve in the City of Aden.
