CCAS’s Focus on Yemen [Archives:1998/39/Local News]

The Center for Contemporary Arab Studies at Georgetown University is sponsoring a one-day intensive discussion entitled “Focus on Yemen” on October 1st, 1998. Professor Michael Hudson, a well-known Arabist, is coordinating the effort.
Many knowledgeable Yemeni and American scholars and officials will speak.
The three main themes cover internal political and economic developments, and Yemen’s regional/international relations.
