Celebration at Taiz commercial court [Archives:2004/718/Local News]

Assistant Governor of Taiz, Ali Al-Magdashi, Judge Abdullah Ali Al-Jumrah, Chairman of Court of Appeal, Abdulmenam Salah, Director of Commercial Court of Appeal and Dean of Faculty of Law in Taiz University and Judges of Preliminary Courts in the city, all attended the honoring celebration held on 3 March to honor the distinguished individuals in the divisions of the Commercial Court in the governorate.
Speeches pointed out that the commercial judiciary is what the government is betting on to attract investors, to settle commercial dealings and to revive the national economy.
The reforms of the judicial system and the constant and rapid development of it through establishing financially and administratively independent commercial courts represent genuine interest of the political leadership to continue on the correct path to reform the judicial system.
