Ceremony in Memory of Baradouni in Iraq [Archives:1999/43/Local News]

The Yemen Embassy in Baghdad, in cooperation with the Iraqi Authors Union, organized a condolence ceremony in memory of Al-Baradouni, one of the Yemeni greatest poets, on Oct. 20th, 1999 in the Embassy of Yemen. During the ceremony a number of poems and speeches praising the late poet where delivered.
