Consultation meeting on current biotechnology situation [Archives:2004/753/Local News]

Wednesday June 30, Sana'a- A consultation meeting was held at the Faculty of Agriculture, Sana'a University concerning the current situation of biotechnology and national needs. The meeting was organized by the National Safety Program, affiliated to the Public Environment Protection Authority with the participation of academics and related experts.
The meeting was dedicated to the discussion of the current situation of biotechnology and national needs, and to acknowledging previous field surveys, implemented by national research center aiming to update techniques, capabilities and available qualified human resources in biotechnology.
