We, Arabs, have nothing better to do that whimper over our deceased people.
The other day, Taiz commemorated its first annual memory of the late Mohammed al-Mujahed, who was widely known to be the best lover of Taiz.
He struggled hard to maintain the beauty of his beloved and defend her from sterile winds.
Now history stands witness to the deeds of that great person in whom Yemen has taken pride. However, corrupt people are still doing all they can to remove such good.
No one can deny the fact that corruption is moving full steam to attain its highest degree of blunders. And this farce is going on while we, unfortunately, are busy crying on graveyards and tombs.
It sounds that there are no good guys left anymore But, in fact, we can all be as great as those if we genuinely aspire to change ourselves.
It is because of the many corrupt elements and untrustworthy holders of responsibility, that patriotic people have started to lose heart.
If we give in to our evil, adrift and chicken-hearted leaders, we should not prove, we would negligent.
Victory is never made by an essay or a poem, but by accord and will-power.
I wonder what memories have done to change the ongoing situation and what how the Arab World as a whole has done to change such callous memories.
LONGADDS
For land does sing this song
Does ring its dawn and bong
Till those unfair get low
Get down to cry for long
