D Check on B727-200 Aircraft (Regn 70-ACX) Over [Archives:2000/34/Local News]

D Check involving heavy overhaul maintenance on its B727-200 Aircraft (Regn 70-ACX) was over Sunday 20.8.2000. The credit for this achievement goes to the engineering capabilities of Highly Rated and Qualified Engineers under the supervision of the manufacturers and in line with the Federal Aviation Admin. & Civil Aviation Admin. With the accomplishment of this important D Check, a successful Test Flight was conducted by Instructor-Capt.. Omar Mukbel along with other operating crew members and his aircraft has been cleared to undertake commercial operations scheduled operations which will be in effect from Wednesday 23 August 2000.
The ceremony was attended by Transport Minister Abdulmalek al-Syani, and Capt. Abdulkhalek al-Qadhi. chairman of the administration board in Yemenia
