Declaration of the Association of Economic Media Journalists [Archives:2004/737/Local News]

Twenty one journalists announced in Sana'a last week the formation of the Association of Economic Media Journalists. The Association aims at providing specialized media in the field of economics.
The presidium board was elected with Mr. Hamoud Al-Bukhaiti as President, Mr. Faisel Adam as Secretary-General, Mr. Mansour Al-Ghadrah as Social and Economic Official, Mr. Mustafa Naser as Financial Officer, and Yasser Al-Mayasi as Public Relations and Contacts Officer.
In addition, an inspection and monitoring committee was also formed.
The association, in its first meeting, approved the working plan for the coming period, which consists of preparing its headquarters and printing materials and preparing a training and rehabilitation program for the members of the association.
