Monday, 12 April 2004- Minister of Culture and Tourism, Mr. Khalid Al-Rowaishan, confirmed, in his speech to Members of Parliament about the situation of tourism in Yemen, especially following the September 11 incidents and the wars on Iraq and Afghanistan, that he has received a report from one of the travel agencies regarding the cancellation of groups of Japanese tourists of their visits to Yemen because of the recent developments in Iraq, especially in al-Fallujah.
