Dutch embassy organizes education in museums [Archives:2002/17/Local News]

Organized by the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Sanaa, a study tour for a Yemeni delegation headed by minister of culture Abdul Wahab al Rawhani will kick off on May 29th and last till June 7th.
The tour will cover the Netherlands, Germany, and UK. The visit which will focus on education in museums, is financed by the Dutch embassy in Sanaa, and the British government.
The Yemeni team will be accompanied by Bert Ronhaar, Dutch ambassador, Dr. Brigitte Kiesler Adviser and coordinator of the study tour and Hans Akerboom cultural Attach at the Dutch embassy.
Akerboom told the Yemen Times the team would be visiting museums in the three countries, and attend a number of cultural events including a day on Yemen cultural heritage in Berlin on June 2 and Bilquis exhibition in London on June 5th.
The tour aims to create a kind of connection among cultures.
