Egyptian Warning Against fishing  in Yemeni Water [Archives:2000/05/Local News]

Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs warned the Egyptian fishermen against violation of roles of fishing in the Yemeni regional waters in the Red Sea. Ambassador Ahmad Ragheb, director of Traveling Guidance Unit in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that Egyptian fishermen who fished in the Yemeni regional waters without a permission would be fined or even imprisoned. 
According to the cooperation agreement between Yemen and Egypt in the field of fishing 20 Egyptian fishingboats are allowed to fish in the Yemeni regional waters according to conditions of the Ministry of Marine Wealth.
