ESC signs memo with IFES [Archives:2002/18/Local News]

A memorandum of understanding was signed last week between the Election Supreme Committee (ESC) and the International Foundation for Electrical Systems(IFES). The memo aims at enhancing cooperation between the ESC and the other related international establishments. The memo will also focus on developing the technical and administrative capabilities of the ESC.
The singing ceremony was attended by Mr. Abdulmalik al-Akwa, the vice-chairman, members, and secretary general of the Committee as well as Miss. Jordan, German Embassy charge d affair.
