ADEN_ A training course on population concluded its meetings on July 21 at the Yemeni Saba News Agency building, Aden branch.
The course, which started on July 19, was devoted to raising awareness about population issues, youth and women problems and family planning.
Twenty participants took part in the training course representing different media bodies.
A number of proposals and suggestions were made by the participants in order to map out plans and policies related to population problems.
This would prepare for women to enhance their role in the field of education, health, society and economy.
This can be also accomplished through mobilizing efforts to make a success of this role in order to coordinate and cooperate with the concerned bodies.
Islamic values ensured by our religion and giving advices with regard to the significance of family planning in accordance with health, social, and economical conditions.
This also can be consulted through returning to religious scholars in family planning, reproductive health, providing health services for woman and child.
In addition to this, raising awareness among women of the risks of the early marriage among girls was among the top priorities dealt with by participants during the training course.
The state's role in this regard is of indispensable to map out plans and population policies in accordance with the living standards in our country in all fields.
During the 3-day training course, working papers were presented centering on notion of the reproductive health, its components, populations, future challenges along with the human behavior in this regard.
