Firing at Random in Qat Market: 1 Seriously Injured [Archives:2000/19/Local News]

Ahmad Al-Qiri was seriously injured in his abdomen in a qat market in Mareb when police fired at random to disperse qat sellers. The victim was taken to hospital. A qat seller said that police did the same from time to time to frighten people who run away leaving their qat behind.
