First Company Tournament kicks off today [Archives:2003/642/Community]

SANA'A_ The First Company Tournament is kicked off on Monday 16 at the Haddah Residential Complex.
The draw of competition ceremony was held on June 14 and was supervised by the tournament organizer, Nabil Mohammed Mazwad, the Professional Tennis Coach.
The event was attended by the sponsors of the companies' representatives, tennis players, and a host of other local newspaper representatives.
The championship activities will continue for one week starting from June 16.
It is being played in the form of single and double tennis players under the sponsorship of some companies in Yemen such as, the SabaFon Company, the Yemen Airways, Mercedes Benz, the Yemeni Airways, the Yemen Catering & Services Ltd., YCS, and Lipton.
The youngest player, Andry, the son of the UNICIF Director, is the youngest tennis player in this championship.
