Approved 1998 Plan
The Yemeni Chess Association held its regular meeting last week under the chairmanship of Mr. Abdulkarim Al-Odhri, the chairman of the association. The association approved its plan of activities for 1998 which is as follows:
1- Singles Republic Championship in April, 1998 in Sanaa 2- Singles Republic Championship for youth in April, 1998 3- Holding the late Yahya Al-Boni championship in May, 1998 in Sanaa 4- The first women singles republic championship in May, 1998 in Sanaa 5- Organizing the International Unity Championship in September, 1998 in Hadhramaut. 6- Holding the President’s cup in August 1998 in Sanaa . 7- Holding the Chess Championship of the Republic Clubs in October, 1998 in Aden.
