Graduation ceremony in Taiz held [Archives:2003/676/Local News]

Taiz, Oct. 11_ A graduation ceremony for the 4th batch of the Science and Technology University students was held at the Al-Saeed Foundation for Sciences & Culture on 8 October 2003.
The 4th batch graduates has amounted to 601 students from different academic fields of study such as, science, engineering, technology, administrative sciences, arts, Islamic law, medicine, and pharmacology.
During the graduation ceremony, speeches that were delivered by Mr. Tareq Senan Abu Luhoom, and Mr. Abduljabbar Hael Saeed stressed that the universities have achieved a number of goals in the field of science and technology.
Those universities have entirely depended upon the state-of-the-art technology and specialized cadres. The Science and Technology University is one of the forerunners in the university academic education in Yemen which has paid a special attention to the university education as well as promoting the students' educational outcomes in different fields of study.
The graduation ceremony was attended by number senior professors at the university, social and political dignitaries, university graduates, media representatives and a host of others.
At the end of the graduation ceremony, certificate of appreciation and prizes were presented to the male and female students affiliated to the university.
