Group Wedding by Bohra [Archives:2001/40/Local News]

The Marriage-Easing Society organized a collective wedding party last Friday for 25 people from western Haraz. The society is chaired by the representative of the sultan of Bohra in Yemen, Mr. Salman Rashid. The society has donated a sum of YR 21,000 to the bridegrooms and helped in paying the dowries for the those unable to pay them. This is the fourth time the society has sponsored a wedding party such as this.
