Hand grenade exploded by a child [Archives:2004/744/Local News]

Thursday, 27 May, 2004- A hand grenade was placed by a child named Tawfeeq Ali Hassan Najy under some rubbish at the eastern entrance to Taiz city. The grenade exploded resulting in various wounds on three other children who happened to be near the site.
The security authorities are investigating the motives and from where the above child was able to obtain the hand grenade.
