Neurosergeont Christan Duppler Clinic Alzbirg – Austria Neuroendoscopy is a microsurgery that requires a highly qualified and skilled sergeant for this type of surgery is performed on two of the extremely sensitive parts of the human body, the brain and backbone. Machines and devices used in these operations have to be developed to make the operation noninvasive since only a small hole is what needed to perform the operation and that is followed by the short period of time needed for the patient to stay in the hospital. The microscope was used for the first time in history in 1887 by NITZE in Vienna. He used a metal pipe supplied with two convex lenses to see into the urinary bladder of a patient. Many sergeants after NITZE used the same device. That microscope has been developed since. Today Neuroendoscopy with the microscope have become two of the most necessary things in medicine because there are some operations which need Neuroendoscopy to be performed while others need the microscope only and other operations need both. With the beginning of the new millennium, we find different types of Neuroendoscop that differ in size, shape and function. Many neurosurgery centers all over the world, oblige all their workers in this field to participate in training courses and workshops to be more competent to perform effectively and to increase their skills. Vienna university holds annually 2 to 3 workshops to increase doctoral effectiveness in using the microscope in microsurgery. Aesculap Akademiein Tuttrlingen holds 3 workshops at different levels. Gutenberg university in Meinz holds workshops to train sergeants to use Neuroendoscopy in neurosurgery. I call upon government of Yemen and the ministry of health to give this a great deal of their attention and be initiative to import such new technologies which will go a long way to date us with the new development in the field of medicine.
