Healthcare centers to be rehabilitated [Archives:2002/31/Local News]

A memorandum of intent between the two governments of Yemen and the USA in the field of medical and health cooperation was signed last Wednesday at the Population and Public Health Ministry.
The intent included rehabilitating a number of hospitals and health centers in our country.
The intent was signed by the Ahmed Mohammed Sufan, the Minister of Planning and Development, Dr. Abdulnaser al-Munaibari, the Minister of Health and from the US side, Edmund Hull, the US Ambassador to Yemen.
The Yemeni-US relation in different fields is a result of strenuous efforts made to establish strong relations in different vital aspects. Supporting health car centers and units has been done for the sake of the people in Yemen.
