Hodeidah Hosts an International Book Fair [Archives:2001/14/Local News]

Hodeidah City will be hosting the International Book Fair scheduled for April 4-30 2001 in the Great Hall for Exhibitions. A large number of local as well as foreign publishing houses and newspapers, including Yemen Times are taking part in this Fair. In a statement to Yemen Times, Mr. Abdullah Al-Kuhali, General Manager of the Yemeni Economic Corporation, which owned the hall said the fair would also include a number of cultural activities.
On the other hand Mr. Abdulrahman Beshr, General Manager of Mass, the organizer and sponsor of the Technical, Printing and Telecommunication Stall said that the participation in the fair came within the company’s program to intensify its activities.
