Japanese ambassador hosts Yemeni gathering [Archives:2002/14/Local News]

SANAA — Japanese Ambassador to the Republic of Yemen, Masamitsu Oki, hosted a Yemeni gathering at his residence here on the evening of March, 26, 2002.
More than 100 Yemeni officials, businessmen, journalists and distinguished diplomats attended that gathering.
The event is another reflection of strong Yemeni-Japanese ties that continue to explore new ways of bilateral cooperation.
As one of the major donor countries to Yemen, all indications show that the Government of Japan will continue providing support to the development process in Yemen.
