The Government of Japan extends to the Government of Yemen the Debt Relief Grant Aid amounting 1 million one hundred thousand US dollar. Notes to this effect were signed and exchanged on Tuesday, September 22 between the Minister of Planning & Development and Japan’s Ambassador to Sanaa.
